Are We There Yet?

that is hilarious! at least you finally caught your mistake....i let my daughter drive across state last weekend and while I was turned around in the passenger seat tending to our girls in the back my daughter took a detour away from the interstate, she missed the signs- it was so dark when she asked, "Where are we?" we were 15 miles out of the way! My husband and I still tease each other about the scenic route we took in AL back in the 70's--trying to follow a map. End up driving through a dried out creek bed and startled some hunters, thank goodness we made it out. Anyway, your LO is great and wonderful that you recorded the event to chuckle about in the future! your "OOPSI" nails it!

Those roads down there are tricky. My family and I have ended up in strange places. :o/> I love your layout with the map and the journaling.

Oh no, what a detour! We made the part from Mobile just a few weeks earlier than you, though we were headed to Panama City Beach. It seems to be a long drive no matter where you're coming from, LOL. A TomTom can be a lifesaver on these trips, most of the time. Love your journaling and map! Wonderfully done!
