I couldn't believe that we woke up to snow falling the other day. I took a couple of pictures of it that didn't turn out extremeley well since it was just barely dawn, but I still wanted to scrap the memory. It's funny how much of a frenzy the newschannels and everyone gets in when there is a possibility of snow!


Journalling reads:I mean this is Oregon, right? Imagine our surprise this year when all of a sudden the TV stations were forecasting snow and freezing rain and sub freezing temperatures. Sure enough, we did get to see a few little flakes and even a tiny bit of sticking snow (not enough to play in) before Mother Nature reverted back to raining our normal "Oregon Sunshine"!
