SNU SS Paper Templates Isn't It Grand 4

COL SS Actions Comical DIY

 

To create the background I copied each quarter of the template onto its own layer, coloured them then merged them into a single layer. I then used the Comical action on the photo I had extracted from its background.

Boy, does this POP! I love the contrast of the baroque pattern with the wild colors and the comic portrait. Great layout!
