Thomas finished his online classes this week and just needs to take the finals! I got the Honda all tuned up to give to the newlyweds. Lots of wedding presents have come in the mail, here Charlotte opened a red Kitchen-Aid mixer. Annette made her that cute red floral apron. We've been super busy getting things ready for the wedding. Annette beaded a sample strip for the veil and we realized the crystals we'd purchased were too small. We ordered more online and they came by the end of the week. I power-washed the patio around the pool Wednesday & Cathrine had a swim party that night. Bob finished rebuilding the upper falls in the pond. Saturday Bob and Mark cleaned the carpets and I bought more perennials and got them planted in the back yard. The yard is looking really pretty. It should be great for the wedding lunch. We've had trouble with the front door for years, but the back handle wouldn't work at all on Saturday morning, so Bob put in new door hardware for all three doors. After all that hard work, we deserved a relaxing swim in the warm pool.
