Oh wow Joyce! Please tell me you got to eat this afterwards or was it just for display?? It looks amazing and the colours you chose to set it off are perfect. They are like the colours of an iceberg and yet they work so brilliantly with the warm tones of the gingerbread. Love the purple highlights too!
