Conda, you are too funny making today's color challenge based upon today being Margarita Day! (who knew?) Not only did I make a lime-colored background, but you could say that my egret is rimmed (framed) in salt. :) Thanks for looking!

By the way, just in case anyone is curious to know how I got the paint spatters in the template to be different colors, the tutorial writer in me would like to explain that I clipped a multi-colored patterned paper (paper 6 from the Spice of Life Collection by Doris Castle) to them.

Diane, this caught my eye right away - I LOVE it! The photo certainly pops against the wonderful blended background and I love how you used part of the background around the photo edges. Gorgeous colors and perfect perfect embellishments. I love the chicken wire too. Great page! :)

Love your photo of such a beautiful bird. Well blended. Plus, you've used such yummy colors - my favorite sherbets, lime and orange.

Oh, I love your bird pages and this one is lovely Diane! I could tell that gorgeous photo was yours from the little MB thumbnail. I really like the way you masked and framed the pic and I giggled at your "rimmed in salt" reference. Thanks for the tips on the paint spatters - I WAS wondering how you did that! :)

Great background Diane! I really like the way you framed the photo including part of the background! I also like your butterfly and ribbon cluster above the chicken wire! Thank you for participating!
