I used this challenge to complete an unfinished two-page layout since all I had left were the elements! I used 4 types of elements: paint brushes, a paint palette, blobs of paint, and buttons.

Amanda Fraijo-Tobin: ScrapSimple Digital Layout Album Templates: Absolutely Blended

Brandy Murry: Menagerie Collection Biggie

Brandy Murry: Menagerie Paper Super Mini 1

Syndee Nuckles: ScrapSimple Embellishment Templates: Paint Palette

Fonts: WetPaint, Nirmala UI Bold

Summary: My mom used to paint, knit, crochet, sew, do needlepoint, crewel work and many other crafts before she developed Alzheimer’s. She cannot do any of those things anymore on her own, but with the help of Larry Homan of Art without Boundaries, she can now paint again.

What a nice page to share something so special. She looks so happy with what she achieved and I do like the red in her painting.

Oh, this page made me tear, it's so precious. What a wonderful gift given to your Mom to help her enjoy a past activity and how pleased she looks in your beautiful photo. I like the warm colors you used and the embellishments look great. I am glad your Mom has this special person in her life.

What a wonderful 2 page layout Sue. Your mother's smile radiates from this photo, it's fabulous! Alzheimers is so cruel and it's so important to preserve memories like these. I'm sure this will be a layout your family will appreciate for many years to come.

What a beautiful smile that is on your mother's face! I'm sure you love seeing her so happy. I like the way you left the photo large and kept the embellishments subtle. Lovely page!

You've preserved a precious memory with these wonderful pages. Your Mom and Larry both look so happy - triumphant - with what they've accomplished. I really like the painting they created. I'd never heard of this therapy; I'm so glad you included the steps. Larry's work is a blessing to your Mom, you and all those he helps.
