I used the Horizontal Type Mask Tool to cut out the name of location on the torn mask layer and then pasted it back as a new layer and put it back but just slightly nudged it, it looks a lot sharper than a drop shadow layer.

 

I wasn't aware that this photo was taken, we stopped at a small village called 'Broto' high up in the mountains of the Spanish Pyreneens and saw the huge waterfall, which you can hear walking through the village.

Very beautiful place.

Wow, this is great. I love the mask that you used. I've put this into my scrap lift file. Thanks for telling us how you did the title. I think I must try that. Beautiful layout.
