This photo was taken in 2005. I think I am behind in my scrapping! The family was on a road trip to Mount Hood. They would stop along the way at points of interest to allow my restless grandchildren a chance to work off some of their energy. Being boys, they loved the old trucks on the homestead and enjoyed exploring. I used the actual picture for the background paper. I may go back later when I am more creative and change up a few things.

Adorable photos and great page Betsy. I love how you created your background, it's lovely. I also really like your title and the journaling in white on top of the pic. Great page. :)

This is wonderful, Betsy. I wouldn't change a thing. As for being behind - I have photos from the early 70s (and I'm not including heritage pictures) that I want to scrap. You just pick the one that calls to you today, and keep on scrapping. : )

Thanks! I have a little catching up to do on the names of all the scrapgirls, but I appreciate your viewing my page and taking the time to send me a note of encouragement.

I agree the rustier the better! Mt. Hood, you must have been in Oregon! Such a beautiful area!

Hi, Dixie! Is that your real name? My son lives in Oregon. They are always going off on a hike, or exploring the many trails, etc. I love Oregon! You can take photos blindfolded and they were be great photos!

Love this page and those photos are fabulous. Makes me want to go find that homestead so I can get some photos too. :) That license plate works perfectly with your page too.

And the next time you're in Oregon, be sure to let us know so we can plan a little party.
