AJ missing Pirate

Completely understand you missing your long time friend, and hoping an AJ page might have helped put some of those feelings out where you can understand them better and work through them... the bright colours do indeed add some cheer to your feeling of loneliness and sadness and hopefully one day you will reach that point again... we don't forget them, we just have to relearn how to be without them :-(

This is beautiful, Debby and so evocative -- I can feel your sad, rush of emotion and how raw and energetic it is from your page. You did a great job with your photo and treatment and I like how you are there in all the middle of the swirl of missing Pirate. I really like the rich, bright colors you used and the way you placed everything around the page. You included so many special symbols and reminders of Pirate, what a lovely tribute to him and your relationship. I really love what you created here and I hope it helped to do it. What a lot of interesting parts to look at. Im glad you had fun playing with your brushes and blending modes. These tools can produce amazing effects for AJ pages but it requires being brave enough to have a try and enjoying what happens- it looks like you've had fun experimenting.
