I had started this page for the Tuesday Blog Template Challenge and when I saw it fit the "Fun & Festive" color palette I quick finished it before I had to run out! My birthday for sure was "Fun & Festive"! :)

Journaling reads:

"March 6, 2014... My birthday started the night before with a lovely dinner with Conk & Dawn, presents & crocuses! Judi had sent tulips and irises along with a birthday box. Everyone mentioned adding some “Spring” to the hard, frigid winter. My birthday started in Watercolor Class where Lori had stopped earlier, decorated my desk & left Munchkins and “party favor” lottery tickets for the whole class. Later, Terry drove to Auntie Sue’s so I could spend time with her and have lunch. She’d made my favorite childhood birthday cake, YUM! :) Jack and Nina joined us and it was a lovely day. :)"

For this layout I used:

DCA Cupcake Surprise Mini

AMC Good Life (Doily Embellishment)

A beautiful way to document your birthday! I enjoyed looking at all the little spots of color around your larger photo. And finding the little smiley faces in your journaling :)
