To make my background I used a combination of these blending modes with differing opacity using 3 different SS Papers:

soft light

overlay

multiply

Journaling: I was so excited that this pair of geese came to our pond this spring. I was hoping they would stay and raise their babies, but they did not stay long enough. I’m not sure they were thrilled while I “chased” them with the camera, but I enjoyed it!!

Beautiful background and your photos are great, Conda. I giggled at your journaling - didn't those geese know they would be posted and famous in a layout? :D I like how you put this together.

I know, right? Isn't it every goose's dream to be posted at SG????

This is wonderful. I love your subjects but they are very messy so perhaps not staying was a good thing really.

Great colors and blending.

So impressed with what you did on your blending and making such a neat LO of the geese and I really like your tag for the Wildlife Conservation.

Love the colours of this page and how your mattes compliment the arrangement of the photos. Did the geese not get the memo?!

I am laughing out loud here - I knew geese were mean, but really? Not even a pose for you for a shot at stardom?? Harrumph.

Your background paper is just stunning - the colours are so rich and the word art/title you made is so so so wonderful and eye-pleasing (is that a correct term??!). Your earthy rich colours are wonderful and you make those geese look GOOO-OOOD. They should be thanking you haha.
