Red & Black -- Chinese Pavilion

I took this photo of the Chinese Pavilion in 1988 on my one and only trip to Epcot in Florida. It had just opened and so a lot of the pavilions were still in the process of being built. I had a great time walking around and when the lights came on at night, it looked absolutely beautiful.

Supplies Used:

BMU Asian Collection -- Paper-Mix, Chinese Seals, Japanese Lanterns (flowers around the photo), Ribbon Curl recolored using DEB SSStyles Dyed Fabric

BMU Vellum Papers -- Vellum paper 1 at 63% opacity, Parasols

MJO Planet Earth Collection -- Butterflies

Oh, I love this page! The photo is wonderful and the background is perfect. I love the placement of the embellishments too. I especially love the leaves and the Chinese characters. Nice butterfly arrangement too!

If you hadn't mentioned Epcot, I would have thought you took this photo in China. You did a great job with the red and black and the Asian theme. Great layout.
