A photo I located taken underneath the Eiffel Tower and I used BMU_UltimateArtist_Action, Black & White and then painted the sky with a watercolour in pink,blue and cream.

I'm really pleased with the result so I scrapped it :)

Very, very cool photo effects! I really like the end result, too! The swirls give the page a feeling of motion and red background highlights the photo. Wonderful page!
