As soon as I saw the word "Rust" I knew I had to use my neighbors truck for the page. He keeps using this truck and refuses to buy a newer one.

Now THAT's what I call rust! :D Why should your neighbor get a new truck when this one has such personality? I love your fabulous mix of signs and elements and your great map and road bg. Terrific page!

Clever title! I like the large extracted photo, great work on it. It shows the true character. Makes me think "if only that truck could talk"...what stories it would tell. Great layout for the challenge!

I hope you get to show your neighbour all these wonderful comments on his rusty truck. I can totally understand his sentiments on not getting a new one when the old one still goes:-) Fabulous page.

Wonderful page. I love that old rusted truck. It has a beauty all its own. I'm sure that it's seen many miles and if only it could talk, what tales it might tell. Love your title 'rust never sleeps'. How true. Great use of all those route symbols and that old gas pump. I think the guys from American Pickers would love this truck and pump.

Laughing at the 'rust proof' advertisement :-) This page reminds me of a Top Gear episode with the Toyota Hilux - nothing they did to it could 'kill' it- this truck looks a bit like that... loved your title and wonderful photos!

Rusted for sure! I know truck owners like that. They love their trucks to pieces... literally! I like the map background and road trip elements that you chose for the layout.

Looks like the poor truck won't last through too many more salty winters. Neat map for your background and the colors really highlight it.
