When Bella was born, I had a new lease of life! My grandchildren were either all grown, or well on their way. And then our little Bella was born. I am happiest when I have a baby to love. I used the effects tool set on giger to soften the frame and the background paper. Then I added the splatter paper. I used the blend mode set on soft light to get the effect.

The sparkly on the paper and the soft surface finish on the hearts contrasts really well with the metal and cord, I think this is a wonderful layout. And the photo together with the quote too, you completely feel she is looking up at someone who loves her!
