How I find ScrapGirls = Scrap 10 Challenge

I started using Scrapgirls back in 2009 when I first started using PaintShop Pro software and was shopping in the boutique. Learning and creating as I grew more knowledgeable about the software I was using. It wasn’t until last year due to circumstances beyond my own control that I was off sick for a long time and once I was able to sit up again, I was scrapping to my heart’s content, must have been withdrawal symptoms or something but then I looked a little bit more into Scrapgirls and joined the forum and found the most amazing purple place with likewise scrappers, great designers and the most wonderful creations.. I have had a pretty tough year and have lost the use of one eye and I must say that ScrapGirls has really been my saviour and saw (no pun intended) me through the dark days. From me it’s a big thank you to you all for being there and a very Happy 10th Anniversary.

This is so lovely Marie-Christine! I'm sorry to hear of your trials but I am pleased that you have found comfort in SG's. It really is quite a lovely and friendly site isn't it. Thats clever how you have coloured some of your journalling like that.

Oh, Marie - you have been such a joyful presence here and I'm so happy that ScrapGirls has been a savior for you, it does tend to be that. No where else have I seen the combination of kind and helpful friends... And your heartfelt words described that so perfectly. Your page is gorgeous and I really like your beautifully blended background and pieces you used so wonderfully. Best to you always... You've been through a lot! I'm so glad Scrap Girls has given you some happy times and I hope the worst is behind you. I love your pages... and this one is beautiful. I especially like the big cluster with the word "love".

That is a very touching story and your faded photo tells some of the story. Your background paper and cluster are so muted they do not take away form your wonderful journaling. I for one look forward to seeing your wonderful pages.
