20dec14 Sat Colour challenge

This is another of the pages I made for the book about my Grandma... hard to believe but everyone except my mum (middle, lhs, green clothes) and my 2nd cousin (top, lhs, middle of photo in maroon jumper) is gone... wow...

I think the colours are here, the green in the photos, the blue and grey in the scrapbooking...

Thanks for the chance to post this Valerie, I will try and do a 'fresh' page when I can, we just got home from Christmas part 1 and I am exhausted!

Awesome job on this. The more I look at this, the more I see. I love the way you layered the mats to set off your groups of photos, varied your photo sizes and shapes, and used the long strips on the sides and middle for the title. Even aside from the beautiful family photos, there is so much visual interest here in this beautiful, cohesive page. I am learning from the master here!

You did a great job on this. I can't see myself doing 20 layouts in a row! Wow! My elder family is all gone now, too. I'm the oldest one left. Yikes!

I'm sure you have a great many tricks "up your sleeve" Jody! LOL

This page is FABULOUS! You demonstrate so many tricks--this is gorgeous. Love the newsprint w/ these photos. The photo mats really pops them from the BG. Creative title...love the entire composition.

What a special page and your photos are treasures, Jody. I just had that happen last night watching a family video - almost all the people in the movie are gone now. I like the different touches on this layout.
