A new year usually means new resolutions. Instead of saying I'm going to lose weight, eat healthier, exercise more, etc. I'm just trying to strive to be the best me I can every day. I do yoga and sometimes meditate. The symbol in the middle is a tree of life. The meaning of the symbol in the lower left is being mindful. To me that means just being aware of every detail of your life. I'm not always mindful but I try. TFL and Namaste!

I love this Kelly and for sure it's one to print and keep around daily! Such great advice to be mindful and for sure it's not always easy. I like the colors and symbols you used and your blending is beautiful.
