PROJECT LIFE - 2015

I thought I would never get all the Christmas decorations put away! There was the outside that had to gathered up and Christmas Village to put away, and of course the tree! I love putting up decorations but hate taking them down. I continued on my quest to retrieve my files that been erased. Made some progress but I am still reloading scrapbook kits two weeks later. I just finished reading, "A Light In the Wilderness," by Jane Kirkpatrick, and started reading "One Glorious Ambition." Very boring: I know! Since my medical problems a two years ago, I am unable to do a lot of things or go places like in the past. I try to find ways to fill up my days here at home.

I always feel like my house looks too plain after I put away the Christmas decorations. :D After a few days, I like it being back to normal. I love your Before and After photos.

Your book sounds fun! I might have to put it on my list. Love your page!

I'm also so glad you are well enough and strong enough to scrap and participate again. It's good to see you in the Gallery!

Neat idea to include the decorated/undecorated photos of your living room. I like your journaling under each photo, makes your page easy to follow.

Great page - I quite understand how empty the rooms feel when the decorations are put away. (Mine still feels that way; with three extra people in the house for a week, redecorating wasn't on the calendar.)

That is a good book, although I wouldn't call it fun. I've read several of hers, and really like how she portrays her characters.

Wow, your comparison photos are fantastic! Your decorations were so beautiful, but I agree, it's nice to get everything put away and back to normal! Interesting--just last month, a friend told me that I would probably like 'A Light in the Wilderness." Hope you are feeling stronger with each passing week!
