Everyone in my family loves my sister-in-law's cookies which she makes for all celebrations, including Christmas.

Right now I'm reading Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. I was inspired by the curves at the top and bottom of the cover, though I admit I took great liberties with the design. :)

Those cookies look delicious! Wonderful blue and pink color combo and I definitely see the swirls from your book cover that inspired you.
