Journal reads;

The first day of the year brought us to the Jurassic coast line at Llantwit beach in Wales. You just picked up a rock turned it over and saw this inverted image. You had found a fossil, it was as easy as that.

We didn't feel right about taking this fossil home and I just wanted to leave it where it has been for all these 1,000 of years.

I took lots of photos of our treasure, one of which is already in the gallery, but you can see on the paper background that I blended it in.

I think I remember that - so cool. This is a wonderful page - I love the waves and rocks and the person wading in the water. Neat framing and the rope is a great touch.

Great pictures! You really get the feel of winter. The rope coiled around and under the photos is a nice nautical touch too.

What a great find! I love that you respect it enough to leave it there, too. And you used the image in the background!
