Yuck!

A slightly different take on the Weekend Challenge - sorry, I'm still on that baby book! TFL.

Journalling:

This was your first experience of ‘solid’ food, and that face says it all! You were completely bemused by the whole affair and really didn’t think it was a positive thing to be doing. In hindsight, I really can’t blame you for the faces you are pulling. The advice from the health visitors was to start weening weening you on Baby Rice. Having since tried some Baby Rice myself I can completely understand why you thought it was so disgusting! Needless to say we didn’t stick with the Baby Rice for long and as soon as we gave you ‘real’ foods (fruit and veg) the process became more palatable and more successful.

But even still - these photos are priceless!

Anna this is wonderful and a food inspired story for sure. Jamie is such a cute little baby and I love the expressions on his sweet little face. Your journaling is so descriptive and I almost felt I was there. I really like your clusters and title and the little monster is great. Thanks for joining in the weekend challenge.

Fantastic page, Anna! I love the colors & embellishments you used, and the title is perfect. The dancing photos are priceless, although Jamie won't think so when he's thirteen.

This almost certainly will get scrap lifted - I have photos of Parks exploring squash that need to be preserved for posterity.
