When I saw this photo from

Christmas Eve I decided

thats it! I have to lose this

weight NOW! I really don’t

like the way I feel or look!

I know how to lose the weight

and I know I can do it! I

just have not had the motivation

till now! 30 pounds by

September is a pound a week.

Good on you Dee. You can do it!!! Just think when you have done it you can have a before and after photo layouts and your before one is already done! :disappearing-smilie:

All the best on your goal. This is a nice layout, love those colour choices.

Great page Dee.

Its funny how these things creep up on us and we often avoid really looking at ourselves until we see it in black and white or sepia toned as the case might be. Good luck.
