PL 2015 February Fog

It was hard working on this month, so I finally just left it as is. After my car accident in January, most of February was spent trying to arrange appointments, transportation, tests and treatments while dealing with snow cancellations and frigid temps. Concussion made my head fuzzy and the month a huge fog and actually hard to remember. I spent a lot of time resting and one day downloaded a watercolor app on my kindle then took a selfie to try it out. When I saw what I looked like, it was a little scary! The little pic is me recording how injured shoulder = arm unable to straighten, because in my mind it was straight up! Pretty purple crocuses from a dear friend sat in front of yet another snowstorm out my window and I spent most of my time at the Super Bowl Pizza Making Party laying with a heating pad in front of a toasty fire. But I did manage to make my Mom's famous Sour Cream Coffee Cake.

For this layout I used:

JRA SS Album Templates: A Year in the Life

NLD Santa is Coming

BMU Love Is Collection Biggie (Gray Paper)

and my own photos

I appreciate your sharing what your February was like. I'm sorry the aftermath of the accident was so trying. I hope you are feeling better and more clear-headed.

I think you did a good job portraying what was happening with you in February. The question mark, watercolor selfie, and arms-up picture convey an unsettled feeling. I hope March was better.

Marilyn this is a great page but a sad month. I really like the question mark saying where did that month go. Now we need a new photo to see how much higher you can raise that arm.

April is around the corner and the weather will be better so you will continue to get well.

Giggling- this is so clever! I know how much you have struggled since the accident but I also know your sense of humour and I love the question mark and how it overbears every other thing this month... It WAS a blur and I think you did a great job to not just scrap the question mark!!! Great way to farewell Feb with your usual wry humour :-)

LOVE that black question mark!! I think you will be glad to look back at Feb as a benchmark for how far you've come now that APRIL is here! Love your scalloped heart shape of your warm, cozy fire underneath the stack of photos. Slow progress but every day hopefully is progress. Love your wonderful page.

I know it was a tough month and I am so happy you were able to scrap that feeling! The bad months are as much a part of our lives as the good ones.
