4/20 Monday Random Ad Challenge

I was inspired by the paint chips and page arrangement of this week's ad. But I took away the stark white space of the advertisement and made it feel a little more scrapbooky ;)

Supplies:

SNU ScrapSimple Tools - Actions: Color Swatch 6301

EBA Artist's Table Collection Super Mini

SNU ScrapSimple Tools - Styles: Shadow Me 6301

Wow! What a great selection of pictures - and to pair them with the paint chips and paintbrush really is a wonderful combination. I like the smoky gray background - good change from the stark white of your inspiration piece. Thanks for sharing!

I saw this on the forum page and thought wow, what a great layout! I love the paint chips and the gorgeous flowers. I wonder what's blooming at the gardens near us....

Those photos are beautiful! I love seeing the paint deck with them. I like the black background, too. Somehow that makes the colors even more vivid. Lovely "scrapbook" and a beautiful layout!

Love how you took the basics from the ad but totally transformed it into your own piece - it really does look like a scrapbook and I like the paint swatches attempting to capture the colours of those flowers... very clever!

Theresa, this is gorgeous. Your photos are beautiful and I think your interpretation of the ad is great. I like your use of the paint chips, paint brush and sketch book and how you arranged the photos.
