SG Exuberance Collection

BMU_SSPaper_TornPaperMasks_5

Another page from my Smash book! My youngest DD is home for the summer but my oldest lives on her own. So on Mother's day we met halfway at a little winery in a town (wait for it..) Grapevine. My DH just happened to fly back into town and since the airport is not that far he met up with us. Then we went to a gourmet pizza place. My oldest took the photos with her phone and then I downloaded them from online. The top photo is my DH, Rick, me, and our youngest, Jaclyn. The bottom one is of our oldest, Larisa, on the left. We adopted the other girl, a friend, for the day as her mom lives out of the country. For the smash book, I took a brochure, and a flier about their specials. We did a wine tasting so I cut up the order sheet and added that.

The journaling for my card says: I don't NEED more things, I WANT more MOMENTS like these. Sorry to be so wordy. TFL!

Awesome Smash Book page--TFS. LOVE it! Grapevine, TX--know it well--have relatives there. Love your quotes--lol on buying wine for mom--and the collection you used is perfect! Lovely family photos and a wonderful memory for you!

Love how you put this all together! Sounds like you had a wonderful Mothers' Day. My daughters both spent some years in Fort Worth, so I do know where Grapevine is. Beautifully done.

This is fabulous! Thank you, Kelly, for being so "wordy" :D Your journaling adds a lot of meaning to what you've put together. Your smash book looks terrific and I like the way you've added photos of it to your Month of Memories.

Nice smash page and what a lovely card. Beautiful colors and I like that little swirly branch. Great quote, too.
