Carrot clip art - American Greetings card software (I believe that it is no longer available. I used it years ago & just happened upon some of its clip art that I somehow managed to save)

 

Fonts: Georgia, Dancing Script OT

 

Why this is called a "pudding" I have no idea because it is actually a quick carrot bread but baked in a casserole dish. Easy to put together. Great if you have unexpected company.

Ooh, this sounds good. I've saved the recipe. Love the carrot with the bite missing and the scalloped borders.
