We had the perfect

weekend for

camping!

While it was raining

down state, up in Grayling it was sunny and gorgeous. We set up in a rustic campground and there were very few other campers so it was a very quiet place. We pretty much have set-up down to a science and as we each do our part it comes together quickly. Tom has

always been in charge of the first breakfast

of camp and it traditionally consists of

coffee, smokie links, and French toast.

Saturday’s hike was so much fun!! There

Were a lot of hills and steps (down to the

river and back) and I was able to keep up

with Tom. I would not have

been able to do this last

year. I’ve

come a

long

way!!
