Sept 20 - Sept 30

Well now that I have almost caught up with the weekly obsession I think I have come to the conclusion that I am not going to restrict myself to a time frame any longer. Some months truly need only a page and some weeks need several. So from now on my book will have variable time frames :) Anything goes as long as it captures our story.

For this layout I used

MPE page and calendar templates. I adjusted the page template a bit.

BHA Stylize is used for the background

KVE Autumn Bliss is used for the leaf embellishment

CKA Document it for the staples that hold the calendar

Journaling reads:

As September faded into October life seemed to right itself again. Dan had answers to his liver failure and treatments that were working. Our collective sigh of relief was palpable. I had been reading Ann Voskamps book 1,000 Gifts and the concept of using the language of Eucharisto (thanksgiving) seemed very relevant. We spent our days in the garden moving hostas and planting spring bulbs. We took note of fall migration - the last of the hummers are gone and the first junco (aka the snow bird) has arrived.

Love the hummingbird photo! Just beautiful! I think you are so right about the time frames. I'm finding the exact same thing. You should be proud you are keeping up with it, in any case! Thanks again for showing off the Week 52 Templates!

Great photos and journaling and I love how you blended a photo into the background. So glad everything worked out for your son, whew for sure.
