journaling:

This is the big week! On Sunday after church the choir went to sing at a local retirement home. One of our members, Miss Doris, just moved there. Another practice with the kids, they’re going to be great!

 

In the midst of all this I bit the bullet and upgraded to Windows 10. So far, I love it!

 

Tuesday night our ladies’ group met at Sandy’s for a party and pot luck. We had fun exchanging ornaments. I finally got around to painting my pallet tree, now I just need to decide where to put it.

 

Our grandson in Miami, Preston, is fascinated with their Christmas tree. He will have fun this year!

 

Two more big rehearsals this week, and then our concert was Saturday night. The music was wonderful, I made a new friend (Kate, a fellow first soprano), and Dave and I had small solos on the closing piece,

“Safe Home”.

Wow, Becky - you should be proud! Even after you told me about merging pics I can't see where you did it! Your photos and journaling are wonderful and I really like the textured background you chose.

The merging photos is great! What talent you have. I have really enjoyed the glimpse of your world that you have shared this year. I always think that journaling is such a big part of the project and love how well you do it.

Great work with the merged photo! The treble clef and note are perfect for all your musical endeavors! I love the framing around your page and how you've included a little calendar on each page.
