Final Gathering

This is the last page for our trip to chase the northern lights (although there's one more two page spread to finish.) What caught my eye in Jane's lovely page was the overall asymmetric design, the detail in the frame, the texture and pattern (map) in the background, the embellishment cluster, and the title treatment. I liked the nautical theme, too - but it wasn't what I needed to scrap just now. I wanted a page that represented the elegance of the Fort Garry Hotel - it's amazing. I don't know who took the picture; probably Wendy, one of our tour guides, with Drew's camera - the other guide, in the plaid shirt. Dave and I are on the sofa at the right. Unfortunately, I can only remember the names of three others: Barb, in the white jacket, and John and Eleanor, sitting next to Drew.
