I started by using the Shape tool in PS and duplicated it and then rasterised the layers and clipped my photo to both arrows and added shadows to each arrow and turned the opacity down on my clipped photo and duplicated my photo again and placed in the background making sure that everything line up and finished with some brushes.

Lovely photo scrapped in a very striking way! This is a masterpiece! I like the creative way you outlined the building. The suspension bridge and copies of the quote blended into the background add in a wonderfully subtle way.

Yes, thank your for sharing your technique. It sound simple but it looks more complex. Your photo is breathtaking and I love how you presented it!
