She's been in the kitchen learning to cook with her dad since she was two. Among her (mental) conditions one is that she becomes focused on one thing and that thing has to happen. She called her dad and asked him to pick up some ramekins on his way home and he happily obliged knowing she is continuing to expand her cooking abilities. Turns out she didn't care for the caramel (she had never eaten flan before) but he said they tasted wonderful.
