Aug 13 Weekend Challenge

This is one of the pages of a photo book I made of our recent vacation with our grandkids. Pocket Life cards are used here for the title and for the date. By the way, the photo on the left is a bit small on this screen, but that's our grandkids posing as astronauts. Fun!

Journaling reads: "We drove about an hour east to the Kennedy Space Center, where we walked around the huge complex and enjoyed the various exhibits. We spent a lot of time in the simulator complex and were impressed by the retired space shuttle Atlantis, a veteran of 33 missions to space. We also went to the IMAX for a 3D film on the space station and life in space. Granny had just finished reading “The Martian” and especially enjoyed seeing a Mars rover (red photo on the right). There was lots to see everywhere. It was a great way to end our Orlando vacation."

Great layout, looks like a fun trip! We've been to Johnson Space Center here in Texas, it's so interesting to see everything in person.

Perfect layout for these photos and love how the sky blues and red oranges are spread throughout. I also really like the way you used the one photo in the 2 sections on the bottom on the right page. This looks like a fun trip! I know they loved posing as astronauts!

Gorgeous orange papers that contrast w/ that beautiful Florida blue sky! Wait--I might have to scraplift this for my NASA pics. Lol Great photos especially of DGD on the shuttle. :)
