journaling:
Our grandson Zander is 4 now! I can’t believe how quickly time is passing! He had a family party at Chuck E. Cheese in Peachtree City, GA with his mom’s family. Can’t wait to see them all again!
See the cattle? We say hello to them every time we pass by on our way to town. Yes, we are goofs.
We finally went to the LaVergne Farmer’s Market on Thursday. I bought some jam that is out of this world delicious!
As one of the weathermen back in Florida used to say, we had a “frog-squasher” of a storm! Of course, Dusty freaked out and it came up so quickly we didn’t have time to try out his new anxiety meds.
The gulley behind us flooded and we had a good three feet of water up into our yard. That’s the first time that’s happened since we moved here. The wading pool had a couple inches of water in it and the bird feeder out front was all askew, but the birds didn’t seem to mind! Dusty calmed down and then we had a spectacular sunset.
