I used a quiet paper for the background and then I decided to make it look a little festive by adding a new layer and using a worn brush and randomly brushing a few spots then I used the party background paper to attach to the brush layer so that the festive paper showed up in a lower opacity. And I used a freebie for the pictures--fun fun to make!

Leah is so sweet and looks so happy on her birthday! I love how festive your layout is and your brushwork and pretty colored title is awesome! Leah did a wonderful job on her cake and I'll bet it tasted yummy too!
