High noon crop- Baseball at its best
Ok, these pictures are of my oldest son last year. He has "caught" one of my illnesses - that would be "baseball fever" - particularly METS baseball fever. He is the only one of the three of them who has - my daughter likes the Yankees (because her husband does) and my youngest isn't as crazy about baseball as Jeremy and I are - although he LOVES to go to live games. He was also at this game.
This game was my "Mother's Day present - although we went in August. I didn't care. When they were younger, I would take them to Shea Stadium every Mother's Day that the Met's played at home. They still talk about a grand slam hit to end the game at one of our visits. This game was a 16 inning one ending at 2 in the morning - wth the Mets winning - which made that two-hour drive back much better!
I used the following stuff for this layout:
The "bases" are this journaling tag (altered)

So is the pitcher's mound.
The stiches are:

The photo corners are:

(I did not realize I had all four of these until AFTER I was done rotating all of them - THAT could have saved me some time!)
The blue paper is:

The terracotta paper is:

I can't believe that's all this took with all the sizing and resizing I did. Geez....
