Heres another event our neighbor hosted during fire prevention week. This time the police came and let the kids check out the squad car!

Pse 5 (I created the handcuff border using a googled handcuff image)

Alphas from LSMIT wish alpha

Striped paper called searsucker (didnt save the website)

Such a cool layout! I love the handcuffs you added! I live the large b&w photo with the two smaller color ones! The blue and white just help make your photo pop. TFS
