mother's love

supplies in exif properties. I didn't do any special effects on the photo. That's the way it was scanned.

Facebook reminded me that my mother passed away 7 years ago today. Before that I day I thought she was my adopted mother. I have since discovered she was my biological mother. She took that secret with her to the grave. What a burden that must have been to carry all those years. RIP mom. Sorry we weren't close like I am with Larisa and Jaclyn. Love you.

That is so sad, and I admire you for understanding. Your memory page is beautiful. You, as a little girl, favor my girls at that age, haircut and all. :) Your quote and cluster are beautiful.

Love that photo and the natural effects on it! I'm sorry about your mom but this is a beautiful tribute to her. The colors are lovely, too. I knew you could handle this challenge! Thanks for joining!

That's a really precious photo and lovely tribute to your Mom. I know it's been difficult for you; I'm glad you have a close relationship with your daughters. It was harder in the older days for our parents to be honest and very often they in good faith thought they were protecting us. I love how you cropped your photo and your background and the colors you used are so pretty. Your quote says it all.

Wow, that's quite a story.  Makes me want to know more... as in, I bet it would make a good book.  Beautiful LO, congrats on winning the monthly prize.
