Not my best creative effort - trying to rush to get this in!

My Mom used to make these - yummy and the best part is you can make only one if you want

I like to add walnuts to the mixture.

This is one I will definitely try. Looks to tasty and I love the idea of individual sizing. Like your apples; lets me know this recipe is gonna be good.
