I tried this recipe out a couple months ago, and changed it up a bit. It made way too much eggs, so I added another roll of crescents and I always add the cheese just before the eggs are finished. They are good at room temperature several hours later, too :)

I was just thinking, these would be good for a "carry" breakfast so that's great they are good room temperature too. I'll bet they look pretty when done and your card is too!
