My Dad collected commemorative stamps and we always used the non-valuable ones for postage. I still have a small bunch of them and recently decided to scan a few because I've only just realized how interesting they are. I can understand why people like to collect them! Here's one.

How cool to see a piece of your Dad's stamp collection and this one is very interesting!  I love how you used it in your ATC Diane.    Very creative and so well done. :)
