You sure have been busy! It's amazing you think to take all the photos. Yay you! :) I love your purple background and the little touches you've added. I especially like the Fitbit.

Wow -- what a full schedule! Great collection of shots and I like your "bullet point" journaling. I am LOL at Angie's little photo in your LO. :)

Oh you must have the best memory ever. I can hardly remember what happened yesterday let alone a whole month like this. You are amazing Marilyn!!!

Actually, when I get ready to create a month, I gather all the photos and then confer with my very detailed Calendar and that's how I remember!
I also try to do April's suggestion which is to keep journaling about the month as it goes on, then it's ready and already remembered.   The photos are the "easy" part.  Although, now I think of it, I haven't done that since middle August..   Oh well......   :hit-head-with-hammer:

Wow -- quite a month! I love the idea of little "blurb" journaling. I start out each year jotting a few notes down each day and by February I stop. Wish I could make the habit stick!! Great page! :)

You do so well taking pictures - nothing worse than getting to the layout and realizing you really haven't captured much.  The phones do make it easier though. Nicely done!

Nice photo of Jodie's son and sounds like you had a full month :) not sure if I fancy the 'cupping' did it help?

Yes, it actually did.  I was annoyed because I couldn't stretch that arm all the way around the way I always could.   Two Physical Therapist and the Doctor said I might not ever again.    The Oriental Medicine Doctor said, "Marilyn look - if I wanted to do the splits, I'd just stretch a little every day and eventually I would".   So, I started REALLY stretching it and he started the cupping which really pulls and stretches the tissue and muscles underneath.
And, I'm happy to report that now I can if not totally - it's so close I can't notice -- reach all the way around.    And, it was just a year on 10/27 from the rotator cuff surgery.   Doctor originally said 1 year to be "normal" and he was right.
