Project Life, week30-2017
Journaling:
This was a very quiet week. Dave still isn’t feeling a hundred percent, so we stayed close to home. I took a brisk walk around Gregory Mill Park. Once around the greenway is just under a mile, so I walked it twice. I loved seeing the black-eyed Susans along the way. My Granny always had a vase full of them on her table.
Christine Ritter is a friend of mine from back in Miami. We served on quite a few Via de Cristo teams together, and she was passing through on her way back to Florida. She came by for a visit and we went to O’Charley’s for a late lunch.
On Sunday after church we had a pot luck lunch simply for fun. Tim Hayden led some songs and Billy Knight strummed along. We sat right up front with the pastor’s wife, Judy, and had a blast just being silly!
