I have been in sort of a scrapping-slump lately, so I haven't done a page in awhile. I have been working in this page all day, even though I didn't really feel like scrapping, and I think I am pretty happy with the way it came out. I guess I just needed a push to get going again, so THANK YOU ERIN for giving it to me!
This is about a big (paper) scrapping even that my MIL held last year to try to sell some of her leftover merchandise after her scrapbooking store closed. I invited my mom and aunts, even though they are not really scrappers to try to get them into it. The whole day ended up being a lot of fun with all kinds of food and games and make-and-takes and shopping going on!

MaryAnn held a big all day “crop and shop” sale at the Dutch Mill. There was a Pep-Rally theme and we all had to come up with a team name and slogan. Ours was “ScrapManiacs, Crazy for Cropping!” We had such a great time! We spent the whole day cropping (well, I did more helping than cropping), shopping, learning, and eating. There were huge lunch and dinner buffets. Unfortunately, Aunt Barb didn’t get to stay for the whole thing, but I think that Aunt Eileen, Mom, and Melanie all had a lot of fun. This was one of the first times that any of them have tried scrapbooking and they did great! I hope that they all loved it and will continue to scrapbook on their own.
