This is a recipe handed down by my Grandmother - Zucchini Slice. It is definitely a favourite in the family. I put a picture up on FB a couple of months back and my daughter asked it is was Nana's recipe & could I send it to her as she had misplaced it. My brother & son then both wanted the recipe too. It is definitely a favourite as friends also ask me to bring it to luncheons.

What a great recipe and sweet memory and I enjoyed reading about how your family loves it!  I smiled when I saw "slice" because I had a dessert slice at Jody's and she explained what it is.  Your photos are great and I really like how you showed us each step to making this dish and your embellishments are great!   Thanks for sharing your yummy page and story in the Tuesday Anniversary Gallery. :)

Carla, I took a photo of my bench top to use for the background as I couldn't find just the right paper.

I really like how you have used the pictures to guide us through the recipe.  I'm one of those who need all the help I can get in the kitchen lol.
