This took me awhile as I kept trying to add other photos but I couldn't get it to look right. I decided to just leave it with the blended photo colored pencil sketch. The journaling around the edge is information about the Leaning Tower of Pisa that I copied off a sign on a photo I had from that day. And yes we climbed all 297 steps!!

Love this UP page,that is really up allot of stairs. The ouline is so effective for this look.The crackle background looks so old looking that it goes perfectly with the old building. Great journaling and the outline of Italy is a perfect embellishment for this page. Just a super up page.Thank you for joining the challenge.

This is SO awesome Kelly and really a beautiful work of art.  I love your sketch, you do them so well!   I really like your background which shows off your sketch even more and it's amazing how many steps there are.  I didn't even realize you COULD walk up them!  Awesome journaling around the edge, very creative and looks wonderful as part of your design.

What a beautiful and unique page!  I know what you mean about thinking you needed to add something more.  I face that dilemma constantly.  But your page is perfect!
