This is my recipe for this year's cookie swap!

These are really delicious. If you don't like 70% dark chocolate, you can use one with less cocoa like 60% or even milk chocolate!

That would make a interesting taste with the mixed spice and orange rind with all that chocolate. Very tempting recipe this one!!!
