This is for the "Household Object Challenge." My Mother's wedding china has so much meaning for me that I chose it to create a layout for. The journaling reads:

Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Each of these holidays, year after year, saw our family of nine gathered around the huge formal dining room table set with our Mother's lace tablecloth, sterling silver tableware, crystal glasses, and Fairy Dell china . . . all wedding presents from 1945. I felt like a princess every time we sat down to those dinners -- on our very best behavior and dress. When our Mother passed away in 1999, all of these magical pieces from my childhood found a new home with me.

Now every time I set our table on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas with Mother's wedding china, crystal, and tableware I find myself fondly recalling those fairy tale dinners from my childhood with Mom, Dad & all my brothers and sisters.
